Sharing Our Space with You.
We enjoy making our facilities available for meetings and events. However, we do ask that you schedule your event in advance so that we can coordinate all our activities on our church events calendar.
Community Meetings & Events
We love to partner with our community! If you are interested in utilizing our space, please complete the “Facility Use Form.” First download the form, fill it out and upload it via the “Attach a File” icon under the “Email Facility Request” form, located at the bottom of the page.
A member of our staff will receive your request and will be in touch with you on the availability and if there will be any cost. No event is guaranteed until the “Facility Use Form” is filled out and submitted to our office and any fee (if applicable) is paid. Please note that Delphi UMC ministry events do take precedence over all other events. If the church is closed due to a holiday, no outside parties, events, or meetings can be scheduled on that particular day.
Curious about using our church for your wedding ceremony? We’d love to chat. For general information about weddings, feel free to download our Wedding Booklet. Please note, we do not reserve a wedding date more than one (1) year in advance on the church calendar.
For Other Events
Download our “Facilities Use Form”, complete it, then email it via the “Email Facility Request” at the bottom of the page or drop it by the church during our office hours. One of our staff will respond to your facility request with our availability. All requests must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.
